Please note that we also require a credit report. Online-source credit reports are preferable. Please send the entire report, not just the score, cover page, or summary. Please send the report in the form of a pdf. We cannot accept screen shots from your phone. Please fill in all sections, even if the information is "none" or "N/A". also include email addresses for current and former employers and landlords.
